Payment Options  
  All major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Sorry, no C.O.D's. Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders are accepted in advance. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing of any check by the bank before your order is shipped.

 
Payment Methods

Order Cancellations  
  If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact our customer service department at (732) 634-9020 (press #2). A customer service representative will determine if your order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order for you. In the event that you have ordered a "special order" item, you may be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel your order because it has already been shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 
Return Policy  
  If you are not satisfied with your purchase except certain non returnable items like Tv stand/ wall bracket/ Accessories/ cables/ special ordered items you may return it for exchange Or refund (Excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of receipt. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, Including all packing materials, manuals and warranty cards (not filled out). Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee or more. Please do not tape or write anything on the product box or packaging. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing or Written and taped on content. All returns must be issued a return authorization number by calling Customer service at 1-800-266-4714 ext. 221. Please note that a Ra# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Pack all returns into a shipping box with plenty of packing Material and tape securely. Write the Ra# issued by customer service clearly on the outside Of the shipping carton. Products that are not double boxed and shipped to us will not Be accepted. Returns that do not clearly have a Ra# displayed on the shipping Carton will also be refused. Defect exchanges can be done within 15 day of receipt. Customers pay return shipping cost to us and we pay return shipping Cost back to the customer. There is no restocking fee on defect exchanges All television sales are final and can only be exchanged if damaged in transit.

Car Stereo Return Policy:
The car stereo products that we sell are all brand new and factory sealed with the full U.S.A. manufactures warranties. All car stereo product sales are final, there are no returns on car stereo products. All car stereo products come with the full U.S.A. Manufactures warranties and in the event that a product is defective you must send that item to the manufacturer for service or replacement. We recommend that certified installers install car stereo products and we cannot be responsible for damage done to items thru improper installation. Damaged shipments  
  In the event that you receive a shipment that appears to have been damaged or abused in transit, contact our customer service department within one (1) business days from the receipt at (732) 634-9020 or via contact us Email or via fax at (732)-634-9015. MyDigitalUniverse.com is not responsible for the Damaged shipment reported after one (1)-business days from the date of receipt. In all cases, a damage claim will be initiated with UPS/Trucking Company. Damaged shipment is inspected at customer's place. Customer is responsible for the Insurance inspection.

MYDIGITALUNIVERSE.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED BY TRUCKING COMPANY after received by customer. FOR THIS PLEASE OPEN THE BOX AND SEE THE PRODUCT AND THEN SIGN THE BILL OF LADING.IF YOU FEEL THE SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. ANY CLAIM REGARDING THE DAMAGE AFTER RECEIPT OF PRODUCT IS NOT ACCEPATBLE In other cases we will issue an R.A.# so you can return the merchandise to us for an exchange of the same product. Not all cases are the same, so we urge you to contact our customer service department so that they may handle the case in the most expedient fashion.


 
Defective merchandise  
  We allow returns for defective merchandise within 15 days from receipt of your package. All returns must be accompanied by a valid R.A.#. There is no restocking fee on defective merchandise. Please contact our customer service department at (732) 634-9020 to receive a R.A.#. Defective merchandise can only be exchanged with the same product.
Defectives TV's are subject to authorized service from the factory as they are covered under warranty. If the TV's are defective they will not be replaced. Only TV's damaged in transit will be replaced.

Warranties  
  All merchandise are brand-new and carries a full U.S.A Warranty. The complete warranty is included with the product. Please refer any warranty repair or replacement to your local authorized service center. Mydigitaluniverse.com is not an authorized Yamaha, Marantz reseller. Yamaha, Marantz electronics products purchased from Mydigitaluniverse.com do not carry the manufacturer's warranty. You can buy extended warranties on the product from us.
