Please allow 2-4 business days to process your
order. Any orders placed after normal business hours will be considered
received the next business day. All of our shipping is done via United Parcel
Service (UPS). All deliveries are insured and guaranteed
against loss, theft or damage. We offer a full range of shipping options
including Saturday overnight, Standard overnight, 2nd day air and ground
delivery.
For customers wishing to ship to an address other then their billing address,
please call the customer service number on the back of your credit card.
Have the card issuing bank list your "Ship To"
address in the comments or notes
of your account.This is only for your protection,
as only you will be able to add
this information to your account, this will prevent someone else from using your
credit card to ship to an Alternate Address.
IMPORTANT: For all Television deliveries, the customer must open the box and inspect the TV before signing
the bill of lading and taking possession of the merchandise. My Digital Universe will not be
responsible for claims of physical damages after the Television has been inspected and accepted by the customer.
*Please note,
express shipping with UPS or Federal Express does not mean that you will
receive the package in 1 or 2 days. We still require 2-4 business days for
processing your order. If you require faster delivery, please contact our sales
department at (800) 266-4714 and a sales representative will make special
accommodations to ensure that you receive your package in the time frame that
you request.
